Lhou Division, Department of Hydro Power Development, Lhou was created on 7th February’ 2005 vide govt. order NO. PWERS/E-1045/2004-05/19 Dated 8th February’2005. Er. T. Dirkhipa is the in charge of Lhou Division and working as a Executive Engineer. All the hydel related works are being executed through this Division.
